Erin graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS degree in Zoology and Biological Aspects of Conservation. After graduating, she worked as an intern in several zoos around the country. She greatly enjoyed her work with exotic animals and misses it. Her favorite exotics are big cats.
After her adventures working with exotic animals, she began a three-year stint working with domesticated animals at the Humane Society in Madison.
Erin has grown up with pets her entire life and currently is the pet parent to three fur-kids. Noah, a Great Pyrenees, Gretchen, a DSH, and Garbanzo, a DSH, were all adopted from the shelter that she worked at.
She currently works with preschoolers with special needs as a teaching assistant. She has worked with people with special needs for the past four years. Although Erin enjoys her “people” work, she misses the interaction with four-legged friends, besides her own. She looks forward to making your furry children as loved and comforted as possible while you are away.
